You'll need to be playing with a joypad to carry out this action, which isn't so much a cheat as an easter egg. Press button II and move DOWN on the joypad together, before pressing RUN. If performed correctly, this will unlock all 47 catchy tunes from the game, allowing you to toggle through the musical selection.
