Note: The All Monsters cheat must be enabled by itself, and only works with a new game. In order to incorporate the other cheats, begin a game with the All Monsters cheat intact, then save the game before disabling the cheat. Then, all other codes (with the exception of Unlimited Bombs) may be used.
