ACCESS ALL MISSIONS

Start a new game with your character name defined as TheWorldIsYours, then double-click it in order to unlock all missions.
 

EXTRA COMMAND POINTS

Activated in a similar fashion to the cheat listed above, start a new game with the character name TheGalaxyIsYours and then press M during gameplay to be awarded 500 bonus Command Points. Note that this cheat only works with game version 1.1.
