EDIT VEHICLE AND PART PRICES

As is the case with any file modification cheats, make sure that you make a backup copy of the file garage.ini and keep this handy in case you need to revert to the original settings. In any case, once your backup is made, open the original file with any text editor (such as Notepad). Locate the part or car prices you wish to edit and type in your desired price. These will automatically come into effect when you load the game.
 

EXTRA MONEY

First make a backup copy of the file menu.ini. Then open the original file with any text editor. Edit the amount of money in a currently saved game. Start the game, load that edited saved game, then save it to the same slot with a different name. Restart the game and load the edited saved game to collect the extra money.
